Monthly, yearly and lifetime. All three unlock the same Pro; AI comes with 600 credits a month on the monthly and yearly plans and 200 on lifetime (AI and credits). The yearly plan can start with a 7-day free trial for new subscribers; the lifetime plan is a single purchase that does not renew. Prices are shown in Google Play and on the Pro screen of the app, in your currency.

Open the Pro screen in the app and tap “Restore purchases”. Use the same Google Play account that bought it. If nothing is found, check that you are signed in to the right Google Play account and that you are online once; after that Pro works offline.

A monthly or yearly plan is canceled in the subscription settings of Google Play (the Pro screen has a “Manage subscription” button that opens them). Pro stays active until the paid period ends. If you cancel during the free trial, you are not charged. A lifetime purchase is yours to keep and does not renew, so there is nothing to cancel. Your documents and the free features are not affected either way.

Refunds are decided by Google Play. Use the refund request in your Google Play purchase history. See also the terms.

Tap “Open file” and pick it in the system file picker, or open it from another app with “Open with” or “Share” and choose Pagiro. On Android 11 and later, Library > “On this device” can also list the documents already on your phone once you allow All files access; this is optional. Pagiro saves back to the same file when the storage allows writing; otherwise use “Save a copy”.

Fonts that are not on your phone are replaced by look-alikes with similar widths. The original font names are kept when you save. If a layout is clearly wrong, send us the problem with a copy of the file if you can share it.

We cannot recover or bypass passwords. Pagiro opens protected files only with the password you type.

Only the text you chose and what you typed, and with Create with AI the passages of the documents you attach and their file names; never the files themselves. Nothing is sent until you allow it and tap an AI action. It is not stored by us and not used for training, and our AI provider normally deletes it within 30 days. Turn it off in Settings > Security > AI > Send text to AI; the AI buttons stay visible but nothing is sent. Details are in the privacy policy.

In Settings > Security > Privacy, switch Share anonymous usage data. They are off until you allow them. Turning them off stops sending at once and deletes the anonymous ID.

Copy your anonymous ID in Settings > Security > Privacy before you turn the statistics off, and e-mail it to contact@tdhsoft.com. Without that ID we cannot tell which events are yours. Details are in the privacy policy.

In the app open Settings, Diagnostics, or choose “Send feedback”. Pagiro keeps an optional log on your device only, kept on your phone for at most 3 days; it is sent nowhere unless you decide. In the feedback sheet you can see what would be included, tick “Include diagnostics” if you want, and send the message through your own e-mail app. Please add the file type, what you did, and the app version (Settings, About).
