Pagiro terms of use

These terms are between you and TDH SOFTWARE CO.,LTD (“we”) for the Pagiro app. By installing or using Pagiro you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. License

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use Pagiro on devices you own or control, for your own use, under these terms and the rules of Google Play. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer (except where the law allows it), rent, resell or remove notices from the app. Open-source components remain under their own licenses, listed in the app under Settings, licenses. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under those licenses; for components under the GNU LGPL you may modify them for your own use and reverse engineer the app to debug such modifications. Their source code is at pagiro.app/oss.

2. Your documents

Your documents belong to you. We do not receive them, except the text you choose to send to an AI feature, which is used only to write the answer: it is not stored by us and not used for training, and our AI provider normally deletes it within 30 days (see the privacy policy). You are responsible for having the right to open, edit and share the files you use, and for keeping backups. Editing a file can change it; Pagiro tries to save safely and keep what it does not understand, but you should keep a copy of important files. Password-protected files are opened only with a password you type. Editing a signed PDF invalidates its signature.

3. Pagiro Pro and purchases

Pagiro is free to download. Some advanced tools are unlocked by an optional purchase of Pagiro Pro: a monthly subscription, a yearly subscription or a one-time lifetime purchase, as shown in the app and in Google Play at the time of purchase. All three unlock the same features; the monthly allowance of AI credits differs by plan (see “AI features and AI credits” below). Prices, taxes and billing are handled by Google Play, not by us.

  • A monthly or yearly subscription renews automatically until you cancel it in the subscription settings of Google Play, before the renewal date. Pro stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
  • The yearly subscription may start with a 7-day free trial for eligible new subscribers. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, the yearly price is charged and the subscription continues.
  • Refunds are handled by Google Play under its policy. To ask for one, use the refund process of Google Play. We cannot issue refunds for store purchases ourselves.
  • You can restore a purchase on a new device with the same Google Play account using “Restore purchases”.
  • Features and the split between free and Pro tools may change in future versions; free features are not taken away, and features you already bought are not removed without a reason such as law or a security risk.

AI features and AI credits

  • The AI features are for people aged 13 and over (16 and over in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland). The app asks you to confirm your age the first time; do not use them if you are younger.
  • The AI features (Summarize, Ask and Create with AI) are available on Android and use AI credits, from Pagiro Pro or from credit packs. Summarize starts with one tap and shows its price as it starts; stop within 3 seconds and it's free (up to 30 times a day). Other actions show their price before you tap. You are never charged more than the price shown.
  • Pro includes a monthly allowance: 600 credits a month with the monthly and yearly plans, 200 with the lifetime purchase, and 40 in total during the 7-day trial of the yearly plan. The allowance renews each month on your plan’s date; unused monthly credits do not carry over.
  • Credit packs of 500 or 2,000 credits are bought in the app through Google Play, with or without Pro; Pro gives more credits for the price. Monthly credits are used first, then pack credits. Pack credits do not expire while Pagiro offers AI features, and they stay usable if your plan ends. Refunds of credit packs follow the store’s refund process.
  • Everyone gets 2 free Create with AI creations per installation of the app, within the size limits shown in the app. Free creations do not cover other AI actions.
  • Credits have no cash value. They cannot be sold, transferred to another person or exchanged for money, except through a store refund described in these terms.
  • Credits stay with the store they were bought in: credits bought in Google Play are kept in a wallet of their own and cannot be moved to the app in another store (such as a future iPhone version).
  • You can delete your AI data on our server in the app (Settings > Security > AI > Delete my AI data). This deletes your credit balance: unused pack credits are lost and cannot be restored. Your plan’s monthly credits come back with your plan the next time you use AI. See the privacy policy for what is kept.
  • If an action fails because of an error on our side or the AI provider’s, your credits (or your free creation) are not used. For a document made in parts, the parts already completed stay charged.
  • If a purchase is refunded, the credits it gave are taken back. This can leave a negative balance, which stops AI until it is topped up. We may block AI for an installation or purchase that is used to abuse the service.
  • AI results can be wrong. Check them before you rely on them; they are not legal, financial or other professional advice. You are responsible for what you send to AI and for how you use the results. The AI provider’s safety filters apply and may refuse some requests.

Lifetime purchase and end of service

“Lifetime” means for as long as Pagiro is offered by us, on the device and store account you bought it with. If we stop offering Pagiro or remove it from a store, we will give at least 90 days’ notice in the app and on pagiro.app. Copies already installed keep the Pro features that run on your device, and we will not switch them off. We cannot promise that a store will keep offering downloads, or that future operating system versions will keep supporting the app. Features that use our servers (such as AI) can end with the same notice. Unused purchased AI credits can then be used until the end date or refunded through the store’s refund process. Monthly included credits are not refundable. Nothing here limits rights you have under the law of your country.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use Pagiro to break the law, to infringe other people’s rights, to bypass copy protection, permission flags or access controls you have no right to bypass, or to harm devices, accounts or networks. Do not use the AI features to create unlawful or harmful content or to get around their limits.

5. Third-party services

Purchases through Google Play, files you open from other apps, the AI features (our AI service runs on Cloudflare and uses Anthropic to write answers) and the optional anonymous usage statistics (see the privacy policy) involve services of other companies, subject to their terms and availability. We are not responsible for their services.

6. Warranty disclaimer

Pagiro is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the extent the law allows. We do not promise that documents will look or behave exactly as they do in other software, that the app will be error-free, or that recognized text is accurate.

7. Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profit or business, arising from your use of the app. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for Pagiro in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your rights as a consumer.

8. Changes and ending

We may update the app and these terms. We will show the date above; continued use after a change means you accept it. You can stop using Pagiro at any time by uninstalling it. We may stop providing the app, with the notice described in section 3 (“Lifetime purchase and end of service”), or end your license if you break these terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Any dispute will be handled by the competent courts of Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. This does not take away any rights you have under the mandatory consumer protection laws of the country where you live.
